  • I have sensitive and allergic skin, would SkinGenX products be appropriate for me?
    Actually, our products would be perfect for people with sensitive skin because they do not contain some of the most commonly used allergenic compounds.


  • What about acne-prone skin?
    Our products are never heavy or greasy and can be used by most skin types including acne-prone skin. Some of our key ingredients such as green tea and tea tree oil have been proven to be safe and effective treatment options for acne vulgaris.


  • Can I use the SkinGenX products with makeup?
    Yes, our products are light and can be used in the morning before putting on makeup.


  • I am using another cream for my acne, how should I use SkinGenX products?
    Our products can be used with other treatment regimens you are currently using or would like to use like acne creams or hormone creams, etc. Our products are extremely light and would not interfere with other products. However, we would recommend waiting 10-15mins between applying products so that you'll enjoy the benefits of all.


  • Can I use Anti-Wrinkle CompleX around the eyes?
    Yes, of course. It is especially helpful for crow's feet and under eye wrinkles. It would not be harmful in any way and help rejuvenate the skin in that area as well.


  • Why does Anti-Wrinkle CompleX have a smell?
    We do not use synthetic fragrances in our products. Those ingredients are petroleum based and can cause severe allergic reactions. We only use essential oils that are known to be beneficial to skin. Anti-Wrinkle CompleX's smell comes from tea tree oil, an herbal oil used in skin treatment.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?
    Absolutely! We make sure we take all the necessary precautions to make your shopping experience safe and enjoyable. For our credit card check-out process, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols that provide secure communication over the ineternet, such as transmitting credit card data and other data transfers.


  • I am not in the U.S., can I still buy SkinGenX products?
    Yes, we do offer flat rate shipping ($15) for all international orders. If your total purchase is over $100, we offer free shipping to all our customers. We use USPS Priority International Mail to send our packages. However, your order may be subject to duties and taxes based on your home country. These charges would be your responsibility and SkinGenX is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees. Please consult with your local government customs office.


  • What do I need to do if I need to return a product?
    Your satisfaction is very important to us and we stand behind the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product. Please visit our Returns page (link at the top of our web page).


  • How long should your products last?
    This depends on usage, however, we tried to make sure your bottle will last at least a month. This is why our products come in a 1.35oz bottles instead of 0.5 or 1oz ones. If the bottle is no longer pumping, try giving it a couple brisk taps to knock the product down to the bottom. There might be an air pocket but its unlikely. Our products are not thick. If this does not help, then the product is probably finished.
