• During your call or email please provide the following information: your order #, name, email address, phone number and your reason for returning the product(s).
• Products must have been purchased directly from SkinGenX.
• Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
• Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
• Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.
